CPVC鲍尔环填料即中文名全称氯化聚氯乙烯塑料鲍尔环，产品主要解决氯碱生产过程离子膜烧碱工艺要求塔填料具有耐60~90℃以上热碱、氯气和次氯碱的腐蚀问题。

二、产品用途（Product Usage）

CPVC鲍尔环填料利用CPVC材料**的耐氯气、次氯酸钠、NaOH等腐蚀，即使100℃仍耐次氯酸钠溶液、稀碱液等介质。

同时结合鲍尔环结构优点，在高温高压不变形，100℃的拉伸强度仍可达50MPa，CPVC的韧性和高的机械强度，满足氯碱化工等生产中的要求，解决了陶瓷和常规塑料填料被腐蚀或氧化问题。

三、适用范围（Scope of application）

CPVC鲍尔环填料主要用于氯碱工业PVC项目、烧碱项目装置中的氯气干燥塔、洗涤塔、除害塔、填料干燥塔、填料塔及环保废气处理洗涤塔、吸收塔等。
