一、产品介绍（Product introduction）

陶瓷鲍尔环填料是一种高径相等的开孔环型填料，鲍尔环每层窗孔有5个舌叶，每个舌叶内弯指向环心，上下两层窗孔的位置相反错开，一般开孔面积约占环壁总面积的30%左右。

二、产品用途（Product Usage）

陶瓷鲍尔环与拉西环填料的主要区别是在于在侧壁上开有长方形窗孔，窗孔的窗叶弯入环心，由于环壁开孔使得气、液体的分布性能较拉西环得到较大的改善，尤其是环的内表面积能够得以充分利用。

陶瓷鲍尔环这种结构改善了汽液分布，利用了环的内表面，从而使得填料塔内的气体和液体能够从窗体自由通过。

三、适用范围（Scope of application）

陶瓷鲍尔环适用于二氧化碳脱气塔、臭氧接触反应塔等作为接触填料及其它反应塔。

Suitable for carbon dioxide deaeration tower, ozone contact reaction tower, etc. as contact packing and other reaction towers.

陶瓷鲍尔环填料具有通量大、阻力小、分离效率高及操作弹性大等优点，在相同的降压下,处理量可较拉西环大50%以上。在同样处理量时，降压可降低一半，传质效率可提高20%左右。

Bauer ring packing has the advantages of large flux, small resistance, high separation efficiency and large operating elasticity, and under the same pressure reduction, the processing capacity can be more than 50% larger than that of Rassy ring. At the same throughput, the pressure reduction can be reduced by half, and the mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%.
